Program
As an Eagan July 4th Funfest Ambassador you will be a leader in your community, meet new people and earn a scholarship for your academic pursuits. Plus, have a year filled with fun, adventure and personal growth. As a member of the Funfest Ambassador program you will represent your community through parades, festival attendance, coronations and much more. You will also have the opportunity to bring awareness to many worthy causes in our community.
Funfest Ambassadors
- Local students (boys and girls) ages 14-18
- $2,000 scholarship
- Build leadership skills
- Increase your confidence and public speaking skills
- Be a mentor
- Outstanding resume builder for
college applications - Represent your community in parades,

Funfest Junior Ambassadors

Become a Candidate
The Funfest scholarship program revolves around volunteerism and developing leaders who will serve as positive role models as ambassadors for the Eagan July 4th Funfest and your community. As an ambassador you will spend a year (July 2026–July 2027) visiting communities throughout the Twin Cities area and meet people through parades, coronations and other special events. You will gain valuable leadership skills, make new friends and create memories to last a lifetime.
