Eagan July 4th Parade Participation Waiver Thank you for participating in the Eagan July 4th Parade. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, participants are asked to review and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk Parade participation may involve walking, crowds, animals, vehicles, floats, equipment, and varying weather conditions. By choosing to participate, the undersigned acknowledges these risks and agrees to take part responsibly. Release of Liability On behalf of themselves and any minor or organization they represent, the undersigned agrees to release and hold harmless Eagan’s July 4th Funfest, the Parade Committee, volunteers, sponsors, the City of Eagan, Dakota County, and their officers, employees, and representatives from claims or liability related to participation in the Parade or related activities, including lineup, staging, judging, and post-Parade events. Health and Safety The undersigned confirms that they, or those participating under their organization, are physically able to participate safely. If animals, vehicles, floats, or equipment are used, participants confirm they are experienced in handling or operating them safely.
